We predominantly ship to Australia and New Zealand. However if you are interested in shipping outside of these countries we are more than happy to get a price on shipping to your designated area. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Yes, if you want to save on shipping costs you can pick your order from our warehouse when it is completed. You will need to contact us prior to pick-up to organise a time.
Organising your own freight is also an option, please contact us with your order details so we can give you all the appropriate information.
Shipping is calculated on your delivery address when finalising your order during checkout.

All deliveries are subject to potential delay in areas impacted by flooding and other events.
Typically we use Star Track and TNT. Upon checkout you will also see a few shipping options based on your delivery address.
Once your order has been booked in with the shipping company you will be sent a tracking number you can use to track your order.

If you are not home when your order arrives then the goods will most likely need to be redelivered or picked up locally. If you missed your delivery please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise the best way to get your order in your hands.
